Beautiful Brand New 2018 Willerby Lodge - 40 Kingfisher Court
As you would expect with this beautiful Lodge, it has double glazing and central heating and the added bonus of a large decking, which includes a sunken Hot Tub.
The lounge has sliding doors which open for easy access on to the decking, giving a feeling of increased space and further extending the open plan living area. Inside, there are two sofas with coffee table in the middle. Both sofas are set around a modern electric fireplace and a low-level TV unit. The TV/DVD player is wall mounted above the fire place complete with sound Bar.
Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, which provides seating for 6 around a large freestanding dining table which has high backed chairs. It’s a great space for entertaining friends or sitting down for a family meal together.
For anyone who enjoys cooking, the kitchen is superb. It has everything you need for cooking a meal presented in a minimalist way with integrated appliances throughout. The double cavity gas oven and grill has a stainless steel extractor fan above and there is cupboard space above and under the four sides of worktop space. The fridge-freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave are all integrated ensuring holidaying is minimum fuss!
The large master bedroom has a King Size bed with 2 x bedside tables, and a vanity area at the end of the bed. While it appears minimalist again, there is a en-suite shower room which also includes a toilet, shower cubical, wash basin and a walk-in wardrobe enhancing the real feeling of luxury to this lodge.
The two twin rooms also have full size single beds, Wardrobes and are a great size, providing much more space than a usual twin rooms. All bedrooms are finished with a TV/DVD player. A PlayStation 3 is also available in one of the twin rooms. The Family shower room is a good size comprising of shower cubical, Toilet and hand wash basin. Outside of the Lodge is a huge decking/verandah. Lovely outside sofa set to lounge on complete with a table for alfresco eating. Enjoy a bottle of wine in the sun. The hot tub is a welcome extra. Relax at the end of your busy day. Let the spa jets massage your body. Feel re- energized.

“Tattershall lakes”
Location was ideal. Park was scrupulously clean. Lodge resourced to a very high standard. Had a great Easter weekend there.

“Weekend stay”
Had a long weekend here and really enjoyed our stay. Lodge was lovely, spacious and clean. Hot tub was great and maintained properly. There were works being done but wasn’t too disruptive. It did take a while to get served in the main bar but the outside bit was nice. Food there was average for the price, was a lot nicer at the pub just off site. Overall, really enjoyed it and would go again!

“Fabulous lodge”
The lodge was beautiful myself and 4 friends booked it for a chillaxing weekend and the lodge had everything we needed ... the owner couldn't have been more helpful .. the lodge is spotlessly clean all the beds made up lovely new towels laid out .... the Jacuzzi really made our stay all in all a fantastic break ..we will definitely book again

“PERFECT”
We had a perfect stay in the lodge. It really was a home from home. All of the little thoughtful extras that were avaliable for us made our time that bit more stress free! Everything you could need or want was avaliable. The beds were so comfy and spacious (unlike a caravan). There were 6 of us staying, and the lodge just felt so big that we never felt like we were on top of each other.The hot tub was wonderful and clean ( it was also checked by the maintainance company while we were there which is reassuring of the standards). On arrival the lodge had been cleaned to a high standard and was warm and cosy. Communication with Joanne the owner was second to none and she was so accommodating with any requests we had of her, making the stay even nicer. The location of the lodge was in a lovely quiet part of the park away from the main entertainment complex, we were only there for a long weekend so didnt use those facilies. You were required to buy a pass and then pay for certain activities once inside. I didnt agree with this ( but this has no reflection on Joanne the owner) The park itself was maintained to a high standard. I have 5 grandchildren aged between 11 and 1 both the l8dge and the park would be ideal for all of them. Already planning a return trip. I would reccomend both this lodge and the park to anyone.
