A delightful period Fisherman's Cottage which over the years has been sympathetically modernised, keeping many original features. This perfectly proportioned cottage, sleeping 6 people, is dog friendly and ideal for families and groups of adults alike.

Getting around

Shaldon is a quaint little fisherman's village with everything you might need on your doorstep including a butcher, baker, village store, fish & chip shop and many bars and restaurants some of which also do take out. Guests can visit Teignmouth for further shops by a passenger ferry and those wanting to go further afield without the car have the option of a bus that can take you to Teignmouth, Torquay and Paignton to many local attractions.

We will meet you to hand over keys and make sure you are comfortable. Should you need assistance during your stay then you will have a mobile contact or you can simply drop into our local agents that are located in the heart of Shaldon.

House rules

Although Seascape accommodates up to 7 people it is recommended that the 7th person is a child for comfort reason. There is only seating suitable for 6 adults in the lounge and dining room.

We ask that all pets are up to date with flea treatment and are kept off the furniture and downstairs, stair gates are provided.

The property includes a saniflow toilet, care must be taken to ensure that no inappropriate items such as wipes/sanitary products are flushed.
