A detached stone barn located in the village of Hutton Roof in Cumbria that can sleep nine people in four bedrooms.Hill Bank is a detached stone cottage located in the village of Hutton Roof in Cumbria. It has four bedrooms including a super king-size with a single day bed and an en-suite, two more super king-size beds and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom and a shower room, the property can sleep nine people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a sun room. To the outside there is off road parking for four cars and a surrounding garden.
Amenities: Oil central heating, underfloor heating in kitchen and woodburning stove. Electric AGA range, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (1 Smart) with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. The market town of Kirkby Lonsdale, with its architecture and Devil's Bridge is within reach and offers a variety of shops and a selection of pubs and restaurants. Kendal, with its cobbled streets, art gallery and museum is eleven miles away, whilst the villages of Arnside, Sedbergh, Settle and the picturesque Lune Valley are all within easy touring distance. An ideal base for exploring this lovely region.
