It has two bedrooms comprising of a double and a twin, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside you will find a kitchen and a living dining room with an electric fire. To the outside there is off road parking and a patio with a table and chairs. The Tynemouth Cottage is a stylish cottage in the perfect location for a holiday in the north east.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV with FreeSat and Apple TV, PS3 games console with selection of games, Sonos sound system, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and restaurants 5 mins walk away. Please note: bookings must start or end on a Monday or Friday only. Please note: staircase may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

The beautiful city of Durham is also accessible by car, it offers beautiful buildings and a rich history.
