Our spacious, bright, cool and fully equipped apartment can comfortably fit up to 5 (+1) persons. In a strategic position to reach the city center but in a quiet and green area, well served by bus and shops. Enjoy the garden and free WiFi access!

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a very elegant 18th century building, with an art Deco facade, in a quiet residential street of the district of Campo di Marte, which hosts the most modern sports centres in Florence.

It's a very bright apartment, of about 85 sq.m, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, a living room or third bedroom (bed for 1 and half), a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas stove, electrical fan-forced oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine), an ample bathroom (featuring a hydromassage cabin, with 6 jets of hydromassage, touchscreen radio, steel seat, extractable shower head, adjustable central shower head), a small storeroom, a balcony and small garden.

Furnished with quality fittings, designed and crafted by Florentine cabinetmakers, and wall paintings by local artists, The Guarnieri brothers. It also contains independent heating, TV, telephone, and WiFi via an ADSL connection. Suitable for children, baby-cot and high chair are available on request.

An obvious perfect choice for either a family, or up to five (plus one) persons, who want to enjoy a visit to Florence and, at the same time, have excellent and comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable price.

In comparison with an apartment located in the city centre, which can be noisy and have heavy traffic, you can relax comfortably in the evenings without any traffic or street noise, while you enjoy a rest in the beautiful garden.

Linen and towels are provided, together with hair-drier, iron, ironing board and 2 fans. Principal cooking supplies are also provided such as vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, tea, etc. Supermarkets for any other necessity are at only 5 min by feet, open all the day long, also on Sunday. Other apartment supplies: detergents for bath, kitchen and laundry.

Siena and San Gimignano can be reached easily by SITA bus from Florence (Via S. Caterina da Siena 17R), Pisa, Lucca and Arezzo by train from S.M. Novella railway station.

Transportation links by foot: bus n° 6 (3 min), bus stop n° 10 (3 min), Campo di Marte Station (10 min)

Walking distance: Piazza Beccaria, entrance to close center area (18 min)

Getting around

The apartment is only few minutes by bus from the historical centre of Florence, 20 minutes by foot from the Arno River, 35 minutes from Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) and 35 minutes from the Uffizi Gallery. We make reservation of tickets for the museums! The best way to reach the centre of the city or the train station is to take the N° 6 Bus (bus stop ‘Filarocca’ direction S. Frediano). The bus stop is situated just 50 meters from the apartment, but there are other buses that you can take for other destinations in the city: N° 3 Bus (bus stop ‘Filarocca’ at 50 m) heads to South Florence; N° 20 Bus (bus stop ‘Filarocca’ at 50 m) heads to Dalmazia Square; N° 10 Bus (bus stop ‘Piscina Costoli 01’ at 50 m) heads to San Marco Square
