It comes with six bedrooms; 1 x first floor super king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor super king-size double, 1 x second floor king-size double, 1 x second floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor double leading to balcony with furniture, 1 x first floor twin, as well as a family shower room, bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep up to twelve people. Inside the cottage you will also find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, a sitting room with an open fire and a further sitting room. Outside of the property you will find off road parking for five cars, an enclosed courtyard with furniture and a lawned area. A tastefully decorated property in a great location for exploring the Peak District.

Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Stream is unfenced, please supervise children and pets at all times when outside. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £250.00 which is pre-authorised on your card when booking. Please note: Can all guests please be considerate of neighbouring residents and keep noise to an acceptable level after 10pm. Note: Please refrain from charging electric vehicles from sockets inside the house.
Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
Town: Glossop, in west Derbyshire, is almost surrounded by the Peak District National Park. With shops, pubs and restaurants, the town is a great base with access to the surrounding area. Nearby is Hayfield, a village popular with walkers attracted by the Kinder Scout National Nature Reserve.

“50th Birthday Family Weekend”
Absolutely loved this house, ten of us for a family weekend away. Met in the middle as coming from Wales and Scotland. House was fab, had everything we needed and we loved the table tennis!!
