This cosy cottage has been beautifully renovated to offer a contemporary, spacious feel throughout.

This Exclusively Eastbourne holiday home is set in the Old Town area of Eastbourne, with the picturesque 12th century St Mary's Church in view from its patio garden.

Just down the road and only a short walk from your front door is the elegant Motcombe gardens, with its unique three level design, central pond and well placed flower beds, these gardens offer a wonderful place for an afternoon stroll.

Sleeping up to four across one kingsize bedroom, one twin room, this is a perfect choice for families wanting easy access to the South Downs and Eastbourne centre.

Eastbourne town centre is just a 15 minute walk, you can either head along the main road or walk up through Gildredge Park with a path leading you from one to the other.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped offering a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster and microwave.

The property thoughtfully includes a smart TV in the lounge and master bedroom, WiFi and towels/linen. There is a BBQ you can use in the summer months.

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short breaks may be possible out of season and last minute.

“Charming Cottage”

This is our second stay and we'll definitely book again. The cottage is beautifully presented, every convenience, free street parking, 2 minute walk to Waitrose, pubs and bus stops.

Stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas. The cottage was exactly as described. Close to lovely pub and a waitrose. Very quiet location even though main road nearby. Would definitely stay again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
