This beautifully decorated 2 story villa has the most amazing Ocean views!

You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets from while having cocktails on either the 1st floor or 2nd floor balconies. The villa opens up to a huge open floor plan with living area, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. Living & dining are and kitchen all have glass doors with Ocean views and outside terrace area. Terrace area is green all year round. It also has 4 leather and wood rocking chairs, glass table top for 4 and stainless steel 5 burner gas BBQ.

The first floor also has 1 guest bedroom with queen size bed, glass door to the outside and a private full bath. There is a ½ bath in the entryway of the villa.

The 2nd floor has a 2nd living area with TV and 2nd guest bedroom with queen bed and private full bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and glass doors that open to the balcony with 2 loungers to taken in the Ocean views as soon as you awake! It also has a private full bath with glass shower doors, a Jacuzzi jetted tub and his & hers sinks.

The villa has central air so you are in comfort at all times.

Villa is located north of the JW Marriott Hotel, which is just steps away and can be access via a private walkway. This villa is the perfect place to stay while vacationing in Costa Rica. The beautiful large swimming pool with under cover sitting area and enclosed air conditioned gym are located just a short walk from the villa. Enjoy golfing or tennis (fees apply) within Hacienda Pinilla, great surfing nearby whether Playa Avellanas or the world renowned surfing of Playa Negra. You can also enjoy full access to the Beach Club in Hacienda Pinilla or enjoy any of the many other restaurants in Hacienda Pinilla, Playa Avellanas or Playa Negra. The villa is a 15 minute drive to Tamarindo, and only an hours drive from the International Airport in Liberia.

Full service concierge service provided by property manager who has been living in the area for 11 years. All of your vacation needs are attended to with great care!
