This immaculate two-bed, two-bath property offers style, comfort and easy access to all of Eastbourne's beach, theatres, restaurants and attractions of Eastbourne.
Set in central Eastbourne this beautifully-presented property is parallel to the marvellous six km stretch of seafront promenade set just one road back from the apartment.
Inside the living space is open-plan and contemporary in feel. The living space include a large L-shaped sofa and armchair in front of the TV, plus a dining table to seat four overlooking the front patio area. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine - and even a wine cooler!
The Sanctuary sleeps a maximum of two adults across two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double, and there is a separate family bathroom with bath and shower over. This property is for adults only and is not suitable for children.
Both bedrooms have patio doors opening to your private rear patio courtyard, and with another patio area at the front of the property, you can chase the sun around the building to enjoy that al fresco glass of wine...
WiFi is provided, plus towels and linen. There is a week long minimum stay and a Sunday changeover in peak season, although flexible arrival dates and short breaks may be available out of season and last minute.
