The space

Modern house in a brand new canalside development full of light and decorated to a high Scandinavian standard throughout. The bedrooms have 2 double and 1 single sized beds. Good sized living room and separate kitchen fully equipped for your stay.

In case of rush in private space demand, it has a a modern bathroom/shower, WC and an ensuite room.

Free high speed Virgin 350Mbps download / 7Mbps upload wifi is available at your disposal.

All the linens and towels are provided for you.

We welcome business and leisure travellers to stay to have a real 'home from home' experience when staying in Coventry.

Check in times are from 3pm to 8pm daily. Early or later arrivals are accepted (with a minimum 48hrs advance notice).

Getting around

-A short 12 minute walk into the city center, or a few minutes drive - There are also buses that run into the city center from outside the apartment - The train station is only 5-10 minutes drive away or 25 minutes walk. If you have luggage, I would recommend taking Uber as it cost less than £4. Nearby: - The Ricoh arena is a 10 minute drive (Home of Wasps Rugby and CCFC) - The NEC is a 20 minute drive, or 10 minutes from Coventry train station - Birmingham city center is 20 minutes on the train or a 30 minute drive - We're also a short drive away from the towns of Ruby, Kenilworth, Warwick, Stratford-upon-avon, Nuneaton and Royal Leamington Spa.

“Perfect”

The property is very clean in a very quiet neighborhood. It has all amenities and the kitchen is well equipped to make our stay very comfortable. It is very conveniently located close to Coventry city. The host makes checking in and checking out very easy and convenient. They even prepared breads and fresh milk to make settling in so much easier. I will definitely make it a point to stay in this property in our next visit to Coventry and I highly recommend it to others.

We chose this apartment due to location being near a few places we wanted to visit. The house lived up to the photos and was lovely inside. The welcome basket and flowers were a lovely touch. It had everything we needed for those few days. Very clean and everything was great. Beds were super comfy, which you never seem to find in rental properties. Would def return if visiting the area. Thanks
