Located in the historic Piazza Pitti, on the first floor without elevator, of a little historic building, the apartment has a stunning view over Palazzo Pitti, and is equipped with any comfort which will let you live an unforgettable experience.
Tastefully decorated with every comfort, it offers to our guests a large bedroom, with a double bed, a little table, an armchair and a wardrobe.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV, dining area, and a modern kitchenette equipped with everything you may need to prepare and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, whenever you want. The bathroom with a shower cabin completes the apartment.

The apartment is a short walk from Ponte Vecchio, from the Natural History Museum La Specola, opposite Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens, in the amazing Piazza Pitti, one of the most historic squares of Oltrarno, that includes the well known ancient districts of Santo Spirito and San Frediano, where many monuments, gardens, museums and monumental palaces are.
The apartment faces Palazzo Pitti, (the sumptuous residence of Medici Family) that, with its amazing Boboli Gardens, Ponte Vecchio, Basilica di Santo Spirito, Bardini Gardens, make this area a must to see.
We are also very close to the new and vibrant Florentine "nightlife", with its many restaurants/taverns, pubs and caffés, that come alive especially in summer on the squares and streets with their outdoor tables.
Here you can enjoy the best Tuscan dishes either for an informal lunch, or for a romantic dinner.
Ideal for couples or families with children, the neighborhood has everything you might need during your stay.
Within a walking distance you can find: banks, pharmacies, bars, bakeries, ice cream shops, pizzerias, typical and ethnic restaurants, supermarkets, hairdresser, laundry, bus stop, children's playground.
Within 400 meters you will find:
Ponte Vecchio, Museo della Specola, Giardino di Boboli, Porta Romana, Porta San Frediano, Santo Spirito (with its typical markets), Giardino Torrigiani, Palazzo Pitti, Piazza del Carmine.
Probably you will never take buses, but Via Romana is well served by public transportation that in a few minutes will take you to the train station of Santa Maria Novella, Piazza San Marco or Piazzale Michelangelo.
For our guests arriving by car we have a special agreement with a garage at just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Arredato con gusto e con tutti i comfort, l’appartamento offre agli ospiti una ampia camera da letto, con letto matrimoniale, un tavolino, una poltrona e un armadio dove riporre agevolmente abiti e valigie.
Il soggiorno è dotato di un divano, tv, zona pranzo, dispensa e l’angolo cottura, attrezzato di tutto ciò che può servire per preparare e gustare con tranquillità la colazione, il pranzo o la cena, ogni volta che vorrete. Il bagno con cabina doccia completa l’appartamento.
Per i nostri ospiti che arrivano in auto abbiamo convenzionato un garage a soli 5 minuti dall'appartamento, dove parcheggiare e dimenticarsi dell'auto, essendo i maggiori luoghi di interesse di Firenze raggiungibili a piedi in dieci minuti.

L'appartamento è situato a due passi da Ponte Vecchio, dal Museo di Storia Naturale della Specola, dai Giardini di Boboli, nella bellissima Piazza Pitti, una delle storiche piazze dell’antico quartiere Oltrarno, parte integrante del centro storico di Firenze, comprendente i celebri rioni di Santo Spirito e San Frediano, dove si trovano monumenti, giardini, musei e palazzi monumentali unici al mondo.
L’appartamento gode di vista su Palazzo Pitti (la sontuosa residenza della Famiglia 'de Medici) che, con il suo splendido Giardino di Boboli, Ponte Vecchio, la Basilica di Santo Spirito, il Giardino Bardini, insieme alle botteghe di artigiani, orafi, restauratori, fanno dell'Oltrarno la zona di Firenze dove ancora vive e si respira la fiorentinità.
San Frediano rappresenta la zona più autentica della città, dove continuano a vivere le vecchie tradizioni fiorentine con le loro tipiche botteghe, nelle quali si possono ancora vedere all'opera diversi artigiani ed artisti.
Siamo inoltre a due passi dalla nuova "movida" fiorentina, con i suoi numerosi ristoranti/trattorie e locali che animano sopratutto in estate piazze e strade con i loro tavolini all'aperto. Qui potrete gustare i migliori piatti della cucina toscana sia per un pranzo informale, che per una cena romantica.
Ideale per coppie oppure famiglie con bambini, il quartiere offre tutto ciò di cui puoi aver bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno.
A due passi trovi: banca, farmacia, bar, pasticcerie, gelaterie, pizzerie, ristoranti tipici ed etnici, supermercati, parrucchiere, lavanderia, fermata del bus, giardini per bambini.

Really sorry you were cold but the temperature in the apartment was 22°, that is not cold and is the maximum allowed by Italian Law for 12 hours per day. That is what we do. If you do not trust us, please look for the mentioned law online. The apartment faces one of the most beautiful historic square of Florence, that is in limited traffic area, so there is not as much traffic, as you told! Regards
