This modern family home, with garden and parking, is situated in the Seaside town of Sandown. Ideally situated within walking distance to the beach, town centre, Los Altos Park and local transport. The property benefits from lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to the courtyard garden, kitchen, double, twin and single bedrooms, family shower room and downstairs wc.

Sandown sits on the Southern coast of the Isle of Wight, sheltered in a beautiful bay, and is famed for its long stretches of golden sandy beach and the traditional British seafront and pier.

Sandown also has a great selection of attractions, including a Zoo housed in an old fort and a purpose built interactive Dinosaur Museum.

We're pleased to announce that Sandown beach has won 'Beach of the Year' in the BBC Countryfile Magazine Awards 2019. They called it a "traditional bucket and spade beach on the east coast of the island with miles of golden sand, pier and eclectic seafront – and just a short walk to peace, fossil-rich cliffs and stunning coastal wildlife.".

“Great week !”

We had a very comfortable week at this property. We were a family of 5 adults and it was spacious enough for us all. The house was very well maintained and we were impressed by how well equipped it was, a lot better than other self catering properties we have stayed in. The milk in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch ! It was only 5 minutes walk to the shops and beach and it was great that we were able to just leave the car at the house without trying to find somewhere to park. It’s been about 40 years since I last visited the Isle of Wight and I love the quaintness of the island. We were incredibly lucky with the weather which was an absolute bonus. We will definitely be back and will definitely stay here again. I have 2 recommendations to make this property even better - a coffee machine ( we took our own ) and a BBQ ( we did buy a throw away one but would have had a BBQ more if there was one at the property ).

How do damage deposits work?
