Description
Baabara is an original Shepherds Hut renovated and ready for a peaceful get away from it all stay. It's situated by the pond, 200m from the complex with our ducks and moorhens in our paddock with alpacas, sheep, chickens and the odd bunny, pheasant, deer etc…. Baabara is fully insulated and has a cosy log burner for cool nights, it has a large comfy sofa which pulls out to a large double bed with memory foam mattress. Outside you have a bbq firepit, table and chairs, private chemical toilet shed, kitchen shed with running water and with electricity if you must!, gas burner and pots, pans etc. All in all it's the perfect place to relax, star gaze, enjoy the views and really get away from it all. Peace and tranquility guaranteed in an Area of Outstanding National Beauty. Dogs are not permitted. Free WiFi is available in our courtyard, a games room and free parking on site.
You also have access to to the pool complex for a swim, sauna, spa bath. There is a shower and 'real' toilet in there and we recommend that after you have booked the Shepherds Hut you contact us if you would like us to reserve a certain slot each day when you can therefore use these facilities. Normally you cannot book this until after arrival.
Berehayes has 8 holiday cottages set around an enclosed courtyard in a tranquil rural village just 2 miles from the beaches of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast in West Dorset near Lyme Regis and is 4 star rated. Guests have shared access to the Berehayes Spa which includes a heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, but you can have it all to yourselves with FREE private 1-2 hour sessions included each day (bookable on arrival). Beauty treatments can be booked to take place in your cottage. Converted from 16th century listed stone barns.
