Description

An immaculate Exclusively Eastbourne apartment with a private balcony with views over the marina and it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to four people.

Located in the sought-after North Harbour and set in a prestigious development.

The apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard throughout to provide a wonderful holiday apartment.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed which can be split into two single beds.

Both bedrooms have excellent mattresses and good quality storage to give you a great night's sleep.

The separate immaculate kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, grill, toaster and washing machine.

The lounge-diner is tastefully decorated with a huge sofa and comfy chair, formal dining for up to four people, a Smart TV and a delightful fire-effect central feature.

Patio doors leads out onto a large balcony, with table and chairs, overlooking the inner quay of the marina.

The walk to the cafes and restaurants is literally a few minutes around the water's edge.

All towels and linen are provided as well as WiFi and all bills. The heating is fully controllable and super quick should temperatures dip and there are lashings of hot water.

Access is easy with a lift available so handy for those with restricted mobility. There is also an allocated parking space for a medium sized car.

Just behind the nearby Waterfront, the Sovereign Harbour retail area includes an Asda supermarket, Boots pharmacy, TK Maxx, Next and various other stores. Eastbourne town centre, with its theatres, multiscreen cinema, art gallery and wider selection of restaurants, is around four miles away – a short drive or a very pleasant stroll along the seafront promenade.

Pevensey is nearby, with Pevensey Castle a must-see, plus there are many historic sites nearby such as Leeds Castle and Bodiam Castle.

Nature lovers will love the walks along the beach and the big skies :)

Response from the manager Dear Mr Wainwright I want to offer our apologies once again that you were confronted by any external issues - we try so hard to give all our guests the very best experience of our properties and Eastbourne as a destination so it is hugely disappointing when elements occur beyond our control. It is rewarding to read that you found the apartment itself and our previous support we have provided to be faultless, but it's saddening that you left under this cloud. I'm also sorry that you feel that you have not been listened to. As we discussed, I'm very frustrated that the scaffolding at the far right-hand side wasn't down in time for your arrival, as is the owner, and we had been told that it was due to be removed several weeks prior to your visit as all works had been completed a while back. As we also discussed on the phone, we have not had a single issue or complaint of any noise during the several years that the apartment has been with us - either from our guests or indeed our team who regularly visit to maintain and clean the property. We also let the apartment literally next door to yours and similarly there have never been any reports of anything untoward and all previous (and on-going) reviews have been consistently positive. I'm sorry if you found my comments about you removing yourself and family from any disturbance as dismissive, but they seemed perfectly reasonable to me at the time since there had never been a problem before and I simply wanted to detach you and your family from what I believed was a temporary issue. We really do everything that we can to provide a positive experience for our guests - we're a small, family-owned and managed business, who live locally and put our hearts into this, so to hear of any disappointment also pains us. I recognise that this won't turn back the clock on your experience, but I hope it helps highlight our reaction and subsequent offer of support. All the best Carl

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
