Features include a meticulously designed extra-large kitchen with breakfast bar, 10 person dining table, engineered hardwood floors throughout, fantastic sunlight and expansive decks on all levels boasting sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, San Diego Bay and Downtown San Diego Skyline. All of this stunning visual beauty, including taking in the sunrise over the mountains to the east and glorious sunsets into the beautiful Pacific Ocean! Enjoy pleasant walks through the quiet neighborhoods to local beaches, bars & restaurants or spend the evenings on the expansive decks watching the evening fireworks from Sea World, relaxing in the 8 person Jacuzzi at the end of a fun filled day of exploring all San Diego has to offer nearby.
Outdoor activities must be restricted after 9pm due to the close proximity to other homes and in respect for our neighbors. The views can still be enjoyed long into the evening from inside the house.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.
This home is equipped with exterior security cameras. There is one at the front door and one at the spa level facing the street and one on the 2nd balcony facing out. These exterior cameras are for security purpose only.
