This smart modern farm cottage is situated near the Devon village of St Giles on the Heath and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.Orchard Barn is a detached cottage on a farm near the Devon village of St Giles on the Heath. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, two double and a single, with a bathroom and downstairs shower room. On the ground floor is a hall, a sitting room and a smart kitchen with dining area. Outside is an enclosed garden with lawn and sunny terrace, as well as acres of woodland to walk. Just over a mile from the village and located on the border between Devon and Cornwall, Orchard Barn is an excellent base for a fascinating Devon holiday.
Amenities: Underfloor heating. Microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
