Nestled off the street, through a lush garden you will find the Smith's Cottage By The Beach. When you walk into this quaint home you step into a small sitting room that features a queen size pull-out couch. Not your normal pull-out couch, this one has a “Tempurpedic” mattress so even the most disserting guest will have a comfortable nights sleep. This home is fully equipped for a relaxing vacation, boasting an amazing back patio with built in BBQ, relaxing seating area with wood fireplace, stereo, lighting and dining area to eat on a warm summer night or sipping your morning coffee.

Inside you will find 1 bedroom with Queen size bed and 2 bathrooms, one with a Tub/Shower combo and one with a walk-in shower; a dining area that seats 4 and a living room with a comfortable sofa, TV with TCL-Roku TV which is equipped with YouTubeTV.

Enjoy the Ocean Beach relaxed vibe and walk down to the beach, shops and restaurants off the main drag on Newport Avenue.

Other amenities include, 1 off-street parking spots in the back alley side of the home in front of the garage, free WIFI, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella.

Rent a surfboard and enjoy some of the best surfing in Southern California. This home is also situated near SeaWorld and just a few minutes drive from some of San Diego's world class attractions such as the San Diego Zoo, Old Town, The Gaslamp District in downtown and Balboa Park, which is a must see when you come to San Diego.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. We do not allow any parties and/or events in any of our properties.

This home is not Pet Friendly, however for extended stays of 30+ days - pet's are considered. Please inquire about specific restrictions and availability.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
