Description
Warren View is a fabulous one bedroomed apartment, with additional sleeping facilities in the sitting room. The location of this property is perfect for a relaxing and memorable holiday for all ages.
It is a ground floor apartment and has French doors which lead on to its own private balcony, where the beach is only a few steps away. A few steps in the opposite direction and you will find yourself on the Marina, overlooking the wide range of sailing and motor boats which
The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and is very light and airy with a partial sea view. Taking your picnic onto the beach from here to watch the spectacular sunsets is a must.
Note : we do not provide bed linen or towels but there are two double duvets and pillows in the apartment for our guests use.

“sunsets and sea shores .... perfect!”
had a great week, location is great and everyone was so friendly. the place is immaculate and the benefit of sunsets and the sound of the sea was just so relaxing. will definitely be returning.

Great good value one bed flat . Owner very good at sorting out a problem we had with the hot water. Flat very comfortable. Very close to beech and walking distance to shops .Would stay there again.

Response from the owner Thank you for your comments. There are plenty of bowls in the cupboards to use for cereals. The appliances are easy to use and we have not needed to leave instructions before on how they operate . The radiator in the bedroom is also controlled by a thermostatic radiator valve on the radiator which is often turned down as it gets so warm in the bedroom. Being a small very cosy apartment there is no other place for the sofa. Unfortunately with the best will in the world we cannot forsee the lights tripping , and have no idea what made this happen . We are glad you had a great stay in Exmouth and the surrounding area .
