Description
Beach Daze 1 is situated half a block from dog beach and a very short walk to Newport St where you can indulge in all the fun shops, bars and eclectic restaurants.
When you pull up out front you will be greeted by a charming front patio with comfy outdoor seating and a beautiful tree creating shade on those warm summer days.
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath adorable cottage has been just recently renovated. With fresh paint throughout the house, new flooring and all brand new, comfy furniture.
The kitchen has been completely renovated with brand new stainless- steel appliances including the range, oven hood, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen has new quartz countertops and mosaic tile backsplash.
There is a brand new breakfast bar for your casual dining experience.
The living room has brand new furniture including a comfy sofa that converts to a bed when needed. There is a large screen HD TV with cable and wifi in the living room.
The guest bedroom on the main floor has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath with lots of space for 3 adults to sleep.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with lots of windows and a King -sized bed, cable and wifi all included.
The bathroom is on the main floor and features a tub/shower combo.
Beach Daze also has a laundry room with washer and dryer and a cute back garden area with grass and plants that is fenced off with a short white picket fence from the back property – Beach Daze 2.
Beach Daze 1 is a cottage you will look forward to returning to time and time again.
A little bit about Ocean Beach:
This small beach town is a favorite among locals who spend their days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and antique malls. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining
Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
This home is Non-Smoking home. We don't allow smoking inside or outside the home.
There are 2 units on this property. Beach Daze 1 sits in the front and a smaller unit is behind it. Guests for the back unit will be accessing through a shared pathway adjacent to the front unit's yard area.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is not equipped with Forced Air or Heat. You will be provided space heaters in the winter and fans in the summer.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood and in a shared property. Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book. This home has a 2 pet maximum (depending on size) and because there is a small cottage in the back, no pets are to be left unleashed while outside.
Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
**UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE DO WE ALLOW ANYONE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK. WE WILL IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY BOOKING FOR GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS OLD. NOR DO WE ALLOW ANY PARTIES AND/OR EVENTS AT ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES.
