This beautiful condo is located on the 36th Floor of the Palms Place Tower facing the Las Vegas Strip. I just purchased this unit and it is newly refurbished by the hotel with brand new furniture, wall coverings & flooring. The best feature of this condo is the large balcony with expansive strip views. I keep the balcony open at all times for my guests to enjoy the outdoor space and relax while taking in the breathtaking views.

Palms Place Hotel and Spa is a full service boutique hotel. Comfortably removed from the non-stop action of the Palms casino, the ambiance of this tower is contemporary and elegant. From high-end amenities including dining at Café 6 with pool side views, Drift Spa and Fitness Center, Rojo Lounge and room service, Palms Place provides resort style living you can call home. The difference between booking privately with me versus the Palms Hotel is that you will NOT pay the $35 daily Resort fee. You will see by my reviews and super host status that my apartment is a great value. I also keep the balcony unlocked for all of my guests to enjoy. The hotel keeps the balconies locked at all times and you cannot request to have it open. My 615 square foot luxury Studio Suite has panoramic strip views that are spectacular. The unit is adjacent to The Palms Casino and accessible via the Skytube Entrance. Our studio has luxurious Mateo Italian linens, a full kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator. flatware, glassware and dishes and a coffeemaker. Several restaurants on property include Cafe 6, a chique and intimate bar called Rojo Lounge, and an on-site convenience store. In addition, there is a full service Health Spa, featuring a co-ed Hamman steam room, workout area, and separate men's and women's Jacuzzi and dressing facilities. There is also a quieter private pool area complete with cocktail and food service. Palms Place is modern, comfortable and just the place to retreat when you're ready to regroup. But if you're ready for casino action and nightlife, The Palms Casino is right next door. The Palms Casino features great restaurants including N9NE Steakhouse, Lao Sze Chuan, The Buffet, Alize, and much more. Our guests can access the Fitness Center for free. Use of the amenities in the Drift Spa is available for a fee of $25.00 per day (unless, of course, you book a treatment). Please check the Palms Place website for spa services, pricing, hours etc. The Pool and hot tub is complimentary for my guests located in the common area of the property.

Guests receive a personalized experience with me and I may be contacted anytime on my mobile phone or email. Available 24-7 for any questions that guests may have.

Conveniently located just off the Strip to avoid the hustle and bustle of the Boulevard and its traffic. Across from the palms is a fun Go Kart Racing Facility called Pole Position Raceway. A few minutes away and within walking distance you can find a Starbucks, and many locally owned small dining establishments including Kosher dining options.

Palms Casino offers a free shuttle to Caesars to and from the strip. Uber and Lyft are two transportation companies that service the entire Las Vegas Valley.

Valet and Self parking is always free and available. Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11 am. Please do not inquire about early check in or late check out it is NOT available at any time. Upon check-in, the desk will ask for a Credit Card and ID to be used for incidentals such as room service, on demand movies and spa treatments etc... The Palms Hotel has add on amenities such as a fresh set of towels for $5.00, a fresh linen change for $20.00. How do damage deposits work?
