"Cormoran Twelve"
Quiet and spacious, newly constructed and newly furnished,two level,three bedroom,three bathroom townhouse located in the heart of the Mayan Riviera. This 1453 square foot unit is perfectly suited for couples traveling together or a family vacation and is situated in a gated community with twenty four hour security. It also boasts it's very own,beautifully maintained swimming pool.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor with queen sized beds in the master bedroom and second bedroom and a full sized bed in the third. Master bedroom is complete with full ensuite bathroom and walk in closet,as well as its own balcony. There is also a second full bathroom conveniently located between the other guest rooms.There are ceiling fans in all guest rooms and an air conditioning unit located in the master bedroom. There is also a separate room located on the main floor that can be used as a sitting room complete with a t.v. and a hide a bed. All rooms have plenty of closet space for luggage.
The kitchen has everything that you will need to make it feel like home. Large fridge and gas stove,lots of cupboard space with dishes,pots,pans and silverware. There's plenty of counter space and there's also a coffee maker, toaster and blender for our guests. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs so that your group can sit down for dinner together. The living room area is spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating room and a coffee table. The main floor also has a large ceiling fan and is fully air conditioned.
Hot water for the unit is provided by a solar powered hot water heater.
There is a grocery store conveniently located within walking distance of the unit although you will probably want to take a taxi home with those bags of groceries!! Taxi transportation is extremely convenient and affordable throughout the region.
There are many activities available in and around the area. The town center and main beaches in Puerto Morelos are a short five minute drive away or a fifty peso taxi ride. There is world class diving, snorkeling and fishing available.
The town of Puerto Morelos is located south of Cancun and North of Playa Del Carmen just off highway 307. The airport is approximately twenty five minutes away.There are a number of adventure parks in the area that boast underwater rivers or cenotes,zip lining and many other activities. You can take an ATV tour or go horseback riding,swim with dolphins,or test your nerves parasailing and much much more!! Take in a Cirque de Soleil show at their huge theatre located off the main highway on your way to Playa Del Carmen or take a short trip to the Mayan ruins in Tulum or Chichen Itza.We will be happy to help make any necessary arrangements for your adventures!
