This delightful, single-storey barn conversion in the village of Butterknowle, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Grove Cottage is a superb, semi-detached, single-storey cottage adjoining a second holiday home, on the owner's land in the village of Butterknowle. With two bedrooms and a family bathroom, up to four people can enjoy a wonderful holiday. There's also an open plan living area with beams, hosting a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove. Outside, there is an enclosed, shared patio with furniture, BBQ and water feature, overlooking the owner's fields with resident cows. There's also off road parking for two cars. Grove Cottage is a delightful base with luxury touches, perfect for discovering this delightful area.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared enclosed patio area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Two steps up to front door. Note: No electric point to charge electric cars.

Town: Set between the pretty market towns of Bishop Auckland and Barnard Castle, is the sleepy little village of Butterknowle. Beautiful walking country is right on the doorstep, with the North Pennines easily discovered just a few miles away, whilst an array of interesting towns and a wealth of historic attractions can all be enjoyed within an easy drive.
