Description

Cornerways is a five bedroom family home, benefiting from 3 separate reception rooms, including a large sunny conservatory. It has a good sized garden and off street parking for up to 3 cars. There is a small terrace to the rear, with two sunbeds, a picnic table and bench. The larger furnished terrace is to the front of the property, where the estuary views can be enjoyed. It has a large brick built BBQ. Salcombe town centre is a 5-10 minutes walk and the Spar grocery store is just around the corner, which is very well stocked with basic provisions, as well as an off license and post office.

Getting around

Our property offers parking for a minimum of 3 cars. The walk down into Salcombe will take about 10 minutes. There is a regular bus service nearby, which will take you to the market town of Kingsbrige, or further afield to Plymouth or Totnes. Train stations may be found at both of these locations. Several taxi firms run in the area.

What a brilliant find. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this property, communication with owner was speedy and efficient, the property itself was spotless and the location is perfect (the hill back to the house will burn off the calories!) Can’t wait to go back.
