Description

PLEASE CALL for special rates. Eight five eight four eight four four eight eight one. This beautiful Ocean Front condo is on the beach. The only thing separating you from the waves and sand is the famous boardwalk. Wake up to the sight and sound of the Pacific Ocean directly in front of you with our large picture window in the master bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all face the ocean.

The condo is located on the 2nd floor providing privacy, quiet and safety for you and your family, while allowing you to view all the beach and boardwalk action below.

The condo was recently remodeled with new kitchen appliances, hotel queen bed, leather sofa, leather recliner, and double high queen aerobed ( same size and height as regular queen bed) . The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils you will need. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom 2 twin beds and computer. Flat Screen HDTV, DVD player, and stereo. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 6 and a gas BBQ.

All linens are supplied except for beach towels. We even provide boogie boards and beach chairs. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV.

The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Just in back of our building are several restaurants, bike rentals, surf board rentals, apparel shops, beach shops, and surfing lession shops. Stroll up the boardwalk to find more restaurants.

Rates for holidays, spring break, and summer are weekly only and are a higher rate than low season.

This was a fabulous place to stay in. This was our first trip to San Diego and we chose a great month. We would stay there again. Comfortable, soothing, and all the amenities we needed.
