Description

This lovely decorated apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. It is perfectly located on the 4th floor building (with no elevator) on the most central street of Miramar.

A three-bedroom apartment accommodates 9 people. Each bedroom includes closet and storage space. First Bedroom have two Full Futon and one Twin bed that accommodates five people, second bedroom have a Queen size bed, Master bedroom have a Queen size bed . Bathrooms provided with freshly cleaned cotton towels and soap. The apartment is equipped with a Laundry area, includes both washer and dryer. Living Room area with Wifi (20 mb) and a 28" Smart TV. Dining Area, seats 6. A kitchen fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave and fridge. Cookware, Dinnerware are also provided. Iron/Ironing board. Four chairs and beach towels are provided This apt include one parking space located at Union street (left side of the building) there is a picture of the space. The building is a familiar space with one apartment per floor and Security cameras in common areas.You'll have the entire property to enjoy. You will have a code to open the Key lock box located at the building lobby to open both doors. But personal check in can be arranged if necessary.

Very little interaction because I work a full time job. But I'll be always available for the guests by phone, text or email for anything you may need or any questions.

House Rules

1. This is a residential area. Parties, loud conversations and loud music are not allowed after 11 PM.

2. No drugs.

3. Lock doors and gates at all times

4. Be considerable with your neighbors and maintain reasonable noises.

5. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If a smoker, please use the outdoor balcony, there is an ashtray water. Please carefully throw the water in the sink and the ashes in a small bag and close it well so that does not leave the smell of cigarette inside the apartment.

6. Only tissue/toilet paper must dispose inside the toilet

7. Make sure all lights, fans and any other electrical equipment are turned off before you leave the apartment.

8. Must dispose trash bags in the waste disposal located on the right side of the building.

People live here permanently, so please no big noises, loud music, parties and conversations between 10 pm-9 am. No non paying or unknown guests allowed overnight. No parties or events.

The only con would be the 4-5 flights of stairs. After a long day of walking around in the city and having to walk up those flights of stairs can be a nuisance.
