This is a STUDIO apartment. Look for the location of this apt and compare!!!! You'll find everything as soon as you place your foot outside of the building!!! It was recently remodeled (May 2017).
This area is the most expensive and exclusive in the whole island of Puerto Rico where everything is within your reach.
This apt was recently remodeled and everything inside is 1st quality, didn't cut any corners and tried to furnish it with the best things I could even though the plan was to rent it because I know that people appreciate places like mine and take good care of it.
To recover from a busy day, a comfortable MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS & PILLOWS allows quality sleep. A modern AC unit (installed on May 2017) provides clean fresh air, bacteria and allergen free. There is a huge indoor patio, Oriental Store & beauty salon on the building. From the large swimming pool you can view the Condado Lagoon and the cruise ships.
Ceilings are ten feet high with designer lighting. GOURMET KITCHEN with european style cabinets, a quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, and a glass backsplash enhance the kitchen. SmartTV for you to watch TV on the ITALIAN LEATHER living room . BEACH is 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE BLDG as well as all the most exclusive stores such as Cartier, Gucci, LV, Dior, Salvatore Ferragamo etc.
A gated parking space in the building can be added for a small additional fee ($12 per night) , even though we love animals NO PETS are allowed.
Last week of the year a minimum of 6 nights is needed.

On the check-in instructions I sent prior to your arrival it explained how the shower worked, all you had to do is to pull the ring where the water comes out, it will create suction and the flow of water will come up to the shower.
