Beautiful and modern condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, travertine on the floors and on bathroom walls, and air conditioning in all rooms. It is in the ground floor. It is in the Condado Village at Delcasse St.

The condo has open space concept with natural stone surfaces, modern stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, Roku steaming device with many APPs, a PlayStation, and much more. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and modern and updated kitchen.

Some of the features of the apartment are:

It has an emergency power battery backup in case of a black out. This is a unique feature no found anywhere else.

Family Room – It has a 60 inches and high definition LED 3D TV, Roku streaming device with many streaming APPs, PlayStation 3 with Netflix, and many other apps, a high speed internet. It has confortable sitting for more than six people.

Master Bedroom – It has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, HD TV, Netflix, air-conditioned, dresser, night table, mobile devices charger, and a full private bathroom. It has a big closet entirely for the guests.

Second bedroom – It has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a lot of storage, air-conditioned, dresser, night table, a lot of storage space and a closer entirely for the guest. It also has a desk with a chair.

Third bedroom – It has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a lot of storage, air-conditioned, a lot of storage space and a closer entirely for the guest. It also has a desk with a chair.

Kitchen – It has stainless steel and French type refrigerator with filtered water and ice, gas stove and gas oven, microwave, toaster/oven, espresso machine, coffee maker, utensils, pots and much more. It also include coffee, sugar, condiments, utensil, pots, dish detergent, and much more.

Dining – It has a beautiful and modern table that seat six people.

Laundry – high efficiency washer and dryer.

Second Bathroom – It is a full size bathroom with a beautiful shower

A secure parking is provided with this rental.

I provide the essential like: towels, clean linens, sanitary paper, hair shampoo, hair conditioners, hand soap and others.

Cleanliness- All towels and bedding are cleaned and changed with every rental. I strive to have the place clean and sanitize before any check-in. That is my promise.
