From the start everything was wonderful. Rolland (the owner) was very helpful and provide all of the information needed for a great stay. He contacted us prior to our arrival to give us the details and contact information. Angel (our point of contact there) was great, spoke both English and Spanish and answered his phone anything I had a question. The house is gorgeous and love the beach. Puerto Rico has many beautiful beaches, this one is on the top of my list. Very close to El Yunque, Fajardo, Vieques, and many of the most populated and beautiful areas on the island. Love the mango tree, which gave us mangos for breakfast every morning. Also took advantage of eating some, off the tree coconuts!!!

Puerto Rico was beautiful the weather was awsome! We definitely enjoyed hearing the waves at nite and the Jacuzzi! My family and I will Be Back for sure!!

Glad that we booked this house for our vacation in Puerto Rico!
The house is right on the beach and very safe. During the weekdays, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves, the locals will join the party during the weekend. And the beach is so clean, residents from Loiza are very proud of their beach!
The beach house has everything you need: spacious kitchen, washer/drier, big grill, roof bar, hot tub, beach chairs, beach towel, etc. And the Walmart is only 10 mins away, which we can get grocery for breakfast and beer/liquor.
House owner and manager are very professorial and responsible, which made us feel safe and comfortable the whole time.
We will come back to this property later on, and Loiza is a great location that it's not far from all the tourist spots.

We had to get out of the deep freeze of an extra-cold winter! We found last minute flights to San Juan, then started searching for a place to stay. Roland and Barbara's place is wonderful, thank goodness they happened to have a vacancy right when we were arriving! I am very picky, and I have always said if we are not right on the beach, we might as well be a car ride away. I don't want to have to take an elevator, or walk 5 minutes, I want to be right there. There was a lot of house rental options available, but after analyzing the photos and text, I started to realize a lot of them are not right on the water, they are just close. Seahorse Waters is right on the beach - I didn't measure, but 50 feet away might be an over estimation, it is a great location!
The beach is perfect. The sand is soft, and there is no line of coral like many of the PR beaches have, that stop you from being able to play in the waves. Many of the beaches on Tripadvisor are of less quality than this one. In fact, I couldn't find this beach on Ta, which initially worried me. Halfway through the trip I realized that many of the Ta reviews of beaches are written by folks off the cruise ships, and they go to the main, crowded beaches. Loiza is a residential area, and there are few, if any other people on the beach, as you can see from my photos. After taking a couple of day trips to other beaches, we decided to stay at our beach for the rest of our trip because it was better than the others we saw, and the boogie boarding was great. The only exception was on Culebra, Flamenco Beach was pretty spectacular.
The house is very clean, comfortable and secure, and my wife loved how Barbara had the house set up with everything we might need - beach towels, beach chairs, laundry soap, coffee filters, garbage bags, etc. Having someone cook was a great bonus! There is a Walmart about 10 minutes away, and the airport was about 30 minutes depending on the traffic. All in all - Awesome!

We stayed at SeaHorse waters last December 2012 and had a great holiday. What we loved most with the house, was its placement... You feel like you have your own private beach! It is so close and you are almost there alone. It is perfect for morning walks and a swim in the sea after walking, or just enjoing the sun going down in the sea sitting at the beach.
The house is nice with everything you need. And the security is very good. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, thou we would not recomend going out in Loiza by night/ evening.
The owner is very nice and easy to comunicate with. Angel, who looks after the house, is very nice as well and very service minded. He helps with everything! There is also so much to see in Puert Rico and very easy to drive from Loiza. We would love to come back here!!! -Two families from Norway.

We stayed at this beautiful beach front home during spring break 2010 for 10 days, my family and I enjoyed the stay very much... we loved the fact that we could hear the sounds of the waves at night and that we could just relax on the upstairs patio over looking the beach and the night stars... because it was such a wonderful home we just had to change our itinarery to where we spent 3 days at the house just to enjoy the home feeling it had.
The home was clean and comfortable and the caretaker of the home was very helpful and attentive..
I would recommend any one to use this home for their vacation home away from home, my family and I will definetly return to Puerto Rico and stay at SeaHorse Waters, would not have it any other way.
"Couldn't have been better. Our family had the most amazing Sumer"
