The Apartment is new and has quality oak furniture,the apartment has the benefit of sea glimpses and culver cliff. The property is on the first floor. It has open plan living room with doors to a Juliet balcony. Dinning for four and a well equipped kitchen off the dinning area, with a breakfast bar and 2 stools. One double bedroom with built in wardrobe and shelves, also there is a en-suit with shower. One twin bedroom with built in wardrobe, and shelves inside.The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. There is also a parking space in the car park at the side entrance, as well as a bike shed, There are leaflets,of where to go. Wi fi available. And also a large 42" tv as well as books and games.For a warm, relaxed, comfortable and clean atmosphere, look no further than seaways.

Getting around

There is Sandown train station, just a 6 min walk from the apartment, also there is a bus stop close by, in Station avenue. Turn right, as you come out of the main entrance of the apartment, then walk 2 minutes to station avenue, turn left this leads you up to the bus stop. Route 2 will bring you to brading, Ryde. There is a leisure centre called The Heights, it has a 70 station Tone Zone gym with the latest hi -tech pulse fitness equipment, 2 pools and a bright airy café, its only a 10 min walk from the property

There is a key box, by the intercom at the front entrance of the building, you will receive the key code 2 days before you check in. My Apartment is on the first floor, up the first flight of stairs, there is a door, go through the door that meets you and Apartment 5 is on your left.

“Apartment in Sandown”

Great flat for 2 couples as 2 bathrooms. Lovely and clean with everything needed, although no shaver point. Luckily both men were wet shavers. Very close to centre of town.

“2nd visit perfect once again!”

“A comfortable, well equiped flat in an excellent location”

We had a very pleasant weeks stay at Seaways. The flat is bright and very comfortable and is only about 5 minutes from the seafront - what more could you ask for? Definitely recommend.

How do damage deposits work?
