Minimum stay 2 nights, we offer discount for weekly and monthly lets, weekday nights are cheaper than than Friday & Saturday.

Hot Tub & swim spa extra fee £150 per night.

We have a hot tub plus a swim spa, were you swim against the current.

13th Century Manor House 10 Bedroom 9 bathrooms/shower room

6 bedrooms have en-suite,one small bedroom 6 have large bathroom next door.

4 attic rooms steep narrow stairs, 3 of these rooms share a shower room, 2 of these rooms are small compared to our others but in a modern house would be normal and do not have a window (ideal for teenagers)

We also do B&B in the summer so the house is much better equipped than your normal self catering property it is graded as 5 star and has won many awards.

Set in 3 acres of grounds with a fine avenue of lime trees at the front.

Close to Sandwich, Canterbury and Dover port also ideal for the many golf courses nearby.

“Spacious and Charming holiday home in Ash”

We felt very privileged to be trusted with this this gorgeous house for our five day stay during the wedding celebrations of our son in a nearby village. As all our meals were part of the celebration we enjoyed the use of the large kitchen table at a convivial "do it your self" breakfast time storing all our breakfast needs in the capacious fridge . We all enjoyed the six main bedrooms ,which had beautifully equipped luxury ensuite bathrooms and everything one could possibly require at hand . All found the enormous beds extremely comfortable. It was wonderful to appreciate the sheer history of this wonderful house especially the beams exposed in the upstairs corridor . As we were very fortunate with the weather during our stay we were at times able to appreciate the delight of the garden and trees. Many thanks to Tracey and her staff (whom sadly we never met) for the pristine state the house was in when we arrived.
