Description
Great for tourism in the historical Florence center, 15 min with a new fast and reliable tramvia T1 (every 3 min, stop at 100m from the apartment, ticket 1 Euro with family discount).
Comfortable for families and small groups (up to 6 people) with sunny balcony, A/C, PC, printer, Wifi, Sat/TV and a nice kitchen full of tools. A lot of free car parking around, no parking problems.

Suitable for visiting Florence and the cities' historical neighbors (Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, Siena) by train or car.

How to reach the apartment
By motorway: exit Scandicci the A1, direction Scandicci center, the City of Scandicci (the apartment is located opposite the Town Hall).
In expressway, near the exit of the motorway FI-PI-LI, the same route of the highway.
By train: From Central Station of Florence (SMN) take the tram (opposite the entrance to the station) and get off at resistance.
Near the center of Florence (about 5 km) easily accessible by tram (stop resistance downstairs) about 10-15 min to get to the SMN train station in the city center '(closed to car traffic).

“We would recommend this apartment - spacious, nice balcony, well equipped kitchen.”
The apartment is very close to a convenient tram that goes into downtown Florence. The tram was very easy to use. The apartment owner was very responsive to our reservation, and answered any questions we had or needs we had while at the apartment.

“Bella, spaziosa e comoda!”
La casa si presenta in ottime condizioni, confortevole e completa di qualsiasi cosa (dalla TV al più banale cavatappi!!!). La posizione potrebbe scoraggiare chi viaggia per visitare Firenze, ma in realtà la fermata del tram dista non più di 2 minuti a piedi, con partenze ogni 3/4 minuti. Il tram fa capolinea alla stazione di Firenze in appena 20 minuti e da li si può proseguire il proprio tour a piedi. Il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi emergenza o informazione. Appartamento consigliatissimo per famiglie e gruppi di amici!!!

“Great Location Away From Crowds”
Alessandro's location is an easy trip via tram from the railway station. In 20-30 minutes you can escape the hordes of Florence's streets and museums and stay in a quite neighborhood with a good supermarket nearby. His apartment was roomy and comfortable, and the kitchen offered everything one needs to prepare a meal at home. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the surroundings. Includes a washer, wifi, TV.
