Description
Our villa dates back to 1700, situated a few minutes from the village a few kilometres from the heart of Tuscany: Florence.
Fichereto Farm House, completely restored Interior, with beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and large dining room that was once used for farming production. Podere Fichereto still retains all the flavor of Tuscany and its ancient traditions.
Our holiday house can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of: a large living room on the ground floor with traditional fireplace farmer turned into a sofa, a large kitchen, a room on the first floor, two bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with shower and one with bath; Moreover the residence offers a spacious loggia with an antique table to spend pleasant evenings in the open air.
The decor is studied in detail and breathe rustic and warm atmosphere of other times. ...
The House is surrounded by a large garden behind the evocative and charming Florentine hills.
Fichereto farm is the perfect stay for those who wish to spend unforgettable moments and visit the Tuscan green in the months from May to October is especially nice!!
The strategic location of the cottage is within easy reach of the numerous cities of art like Florence, Siena, Pisa and many small medieval villages such as San Gimignano, Certaldo, Casole val d'Elsa.
