Description
Mayar Bhan is an architect designed eco home in Gruinard Bay, Gairloch finished to a very high standard. The house has been simply but tastefully decorated with double glazing and underfloor heated wooden & tiled floors throughout, supplemented by a cozy wood burning stove for the winter. It is fitted with a high quality kitchen, and all 3 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The conservatory area provides additional space for relaxation.
The house sits in a private, fully enclosed garden with decks accessed from the patio doors in the living area providing stunning views over Gruinard Bay, which can also be enjoyed from the upstairs bedroom balconies.

Facilities are for 6 people, but a travel cot and high chair are also provided.
The accommodation includes 2 en-suite double bedrooms and 1 en-suite twin bedroom, kitchen, living area, conservatory (with dining area), WC and utility room. All the en-suites have a shower and the downstairs bedroom also has a bath. The downstairs WC and bedroom is wheelchair accessible. The utility room provides storage for coats, shoes etc.
An ipod player, digital radio and tumble drier are also provided in addition to facilities detailed above.

The property sits in approximately 1 acre of private fully enclosed garden laid mainly in grass with decking on both sides of the house. Outdoor wooden furniture and BBQ are provided. Ample off road parking is available within the property boundary. A large lockable shed is provided for storage of bikes and outdoor equipment.
