Description

Lottie's place is situation on Main Street which is about 4 minutes walk from Seahouses centre. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double downstairs) and two singles upstairs, one has a balcony with great views. There is parking for 1 car on the drive and a further two cars directly outside the property. Our cottage is equipped to a high standard and is perfect for a relaxing break. Lottie's place is dog friendly and benefits from an enclosed large South facing back garden great for relaxing. There is also a large conservatory with dining table and adequate seating, a great area to eat meals while enjoying the view! Our cottage also has unlimited wifi for your use.

There are numerous restarants, pubs and take aways to suit all tastes. Check out their reviews on trip advisor (see separte Seahouses page). The beach is only about 10 minutes walk from the property. The area has some of the most beautiful dog friendly beaches and dunes on offer in Northumberland. You can walk all the way to Bamburgh on the beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Malcolm (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
