Located on the first and second floors this apartment offers en-suites to 3 of the bedrooms.

Master Bedroom: Located on the second floor this spacious bedroom has a superking size pillow top double bed with en-suite bathroom with a corner spa bath with shower.

Bedroom 2: Located on the second floor with a pillow top king size double bed with en-suite shower room

Bedroom 3: Located on the first floor with a double pillow top bed with en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 4: Located on the first floor this small child bedroom offers bunk beds for 1 or 2 children and an adjacent cloakroom with WC and wash basin

The outdoor facilities of both hotels share a stunning 4 acre clifftop location and can be accessed from either Luccombe Hall Hotel or Luccombe Manor Hotel.

Both hotels have an ample on site car parking or you may prefer to walk as it is just a short stroll from Shanklin Villa.

Getting around

The apartment is located a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus route travelling to either Sandown or Ventnor. The main bus station is located in the centre of Shanklin offering connections to other destinations on the Island and is also approximately a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. Shanklin Train Station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and from here you can catch a train to Lake, Sandown, Brading, Smallbrook Junction, Ryde St Johns, Ryde Esplanade and Ryde Pier Head.

“Lovely luxury apartment”

Lovely luxury apartment - we stayed with family and young children. Great facilities, ensuite bathrooms, lots of room. Very clean and all very new, great position for sea and town. No noise. Parking was a bit odd but sufficient as it was quiet. We would have liked to know more about the apartment as when we arrived found it was on two floors with no stair gates, which was hard with young children. Also we had expected a twin room but it was 3 doubles and a room with bunk beds. The bunk bed room wasn't big enough to fit a travel cot in, and we ended up on ground floor double (small double) with a travel cot in order to be near our other child in the bunk beds! The other two doubles upstairs are massive and very luxurious! Overall it was very good, we would stay again and recommend it! We would love to come again in the summer to enjoy the deck and hot tub! Next time we will Enquiry about the other apartments that may be better for younger children.

The accommodation was excellent and surpassed our expectations. Fully equipped and comfortable with all modern conveniences. Great communication so we were able to access the flat when it was ready and help was immediate when we pressed the wrong button on the hot bub! Would recommend!

“Very Good and Great Location”

We stayed here with my parents in August and our 2 children (my mum was waiting for a knee replacement and had limited mobility) Facilities in the appartment were really good we were not on top of each other and there was a really nice roof terrace with hot tub which was not over looked. The two upper bedroom were located up a top flight of stairs, the other 2 bedrooms being on the lower floor. Location was great Helen Bar and Bistro a 2 minute walk away which served great food and the old town about 5 minutes walk away which was great as my mum could also get around. A great holiday already rebooked for next year. The proprietor was really lovely she met us on our arrival and couldnt have been more helpful. We also used the facilities in the 2 sister hotels - Luccombe Manor and Luccombe Hall - which had great swimming pools for the children and a games room. These hotels were a short drive away or 15 minute walk.
