Luxury ground floor apartment within a beautiful old Victorian Priory, enveloped in breath taking scenery.Ocean Deck is situated on the coastal path, set within two acres of woodland overlooking the sea.Double doors from the lounge/diner open onto a large secluded decking area looking over the garden to the sea.Shanklin`s safe, sandy beaches are a 10 minute walk away, as are Shanklin Chine and Old Thached Village with its lovely restaurants.Miles of cycle track are nearby and lovely walks over the downs or along the coast, with unspoilt coves waiting to be discovered.Crisp cotton bed linen, goose down duvets and pillows(allergy free) and luxury soft, white towels are all included.Ample and easy parking. Car not essential!

Getting around

Bus stop 5 mins away. Local train station 20mins walk away. When coming to the Island on foot via Portsmouth to Ryde - the train is very convenient for Ocean Deck Apartment.

“Exceeded expectations”

The accommodation is spotless, a good size for a couple or for a family of four. The bed on a master bedroom is very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need. The decor is beautifully done. Carline gives great value and the number of unexpected extras are a wonderful touch. The views from the balcony are fabulous of the sea and Sandown. The gardens are beautiful and you can get the sun all day long within them. It’s a great location, just minutes from the Main Street in Shanklin, which has good restaurants and pubs. Approx an half an hour stroll to the front, supermarkets are close by. Cannot say enough good things about this charming apartment in a beautiful well placed location. We have tried to book already for the end of june, no surprise it’s booked. We will be returning soon.

“A beautiful apartment with everything you need”

We are regulars to ocean deck. It's a beautiful apartment, clean, modern and has everything you need. The views from the decking are spectacular and the mature gardens are lovely. Caroline is a wonderful host and is very kind and friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit.
