This stylish, double-fronted townhouse, situated overlooking the River Severn in Shrewsbury, is set over three storeys with four bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the second sitting room accommodating up to ten people.Marine Terrace is situated in the Shropshire town of Shrewsbury; a three-storey, double-fronted townhouse with direct access to the riverside walks along the River Severn. The property has four bedrooms all equipped with a TV with Freeview, including two king-size double rooms, plus a king-size double room on the second floor and a twin room on the second floor. There are two bathrooms, one on each of the first and ground floors, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area and there is a second sitting room with a double sofa bed. Outside, there is a first floor decked area with furniture and a 6-seater hot tub, a rear enclosed access garden, as well as a bistro table at the front of the property. There are several car parks and space to load and unload the car nearby. A great base for exploring Shropshire in style, Marine Terrace is great for friends and families alike.

Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 6 x TVs with Freeview, Amazon fire stick with 400 hours of films/TV and over 1000 albums of music, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Parking available in several car parks nearby. Space to load/unload car nearby. Rear, enclosed access patio. First floor decked area with furniture. Hot tub located on the ground floor. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants 1 min walk. Note: Direct access to river path, via gate at end of enclosed outside area, with railings and barriers to prevent easy access to river. Note: Minimal traffic noise while outdoors.

Town: Shrewsbury lies in the heart of one of England's most beautiful counties. Set within a giant loop of the River Severn, it is one of England's finest heritage towns with over 600 listed buildings. Explore the picturesque cobbled alleys and squares or enjoy some of the events and festivals that take place each year, particularly Shrewsbury's 'Summer Season' which caters for every age and interest.
