Ideally situated for the NEC, Resort World, golfing (The Belfry, Forest of Arden and Maxstoke), and a variety of outdoor pursuits (e.g. sailing, cycling, walking). The Granary is an immaculately refurbished cottage set in the secure courtyard of Dovehouse Farm, which is a Grade II listed estate dating back to the 14th century, located in wonderful countryside just outside the village of Shustoke in North Warwickshire. Luxuriously appointed, the accommodation downstairs includes an open plan kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher) and dining area, separate sitting area with TV/DVD, cloakroom and shower room with toilet. Upstairs, there is spacious master double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom, plus family bathroom. Outside, there is a sitting area within the private gated courtyard, which offers ample parking. There is also a secluded kitchen garden with decked BBQ area, and a small children's play area. The cottage is situated within easy access of major motorways (M6, M1 and M42), Birmingham International Airport and Birmingham International railway station (9 miles). Solihull, Birmingham, Coventry and the picturesque towns of Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa are also all within easy reach. WiFi internet access is provided free of charge. Optional extras include breakfast/meals by prior arrangement, grocery welcome pack, baby sitting service, and various beauty and massage treatments available in the comfort of the cottage.

“Fabulous cottages”
We used Dovehouse Granary and Lodge as a base for bride and bridesmaids prior to wedding. Absolutely fabulous venue, easy to access and great location for Shustoke Barn. Both cottages were immaculate and provided all facilities required. There was nothing I couldn’t fault and they provided a beautiful location for photos.

“Lovely property warm clean and comfortable”
Ideal for preparing for a wedding loads of space and everything you needed in the kitchen. Social area comfortable and enough space to seat and feed both family groups up to 8.

“Great stay!”
We had a lovely time staying at The Granery! The house is in beautiful surroundings, it has a lovely interior and it was luxurious and cosy. Ken is a superb host and he and his family made us feel very welcome. I would recommend anyone to stay here for a relaxing break away.
