Description
`The Aspect ' is one of three seafront apartments within Wyndham Court, a majestic Regency period building. Located on the second floor next to `The Lookout ' the apartment has stunning uninterrupted sea views, and is conveniently placed for all of the town's amenities. The third apartment the Esplanade is located on the ground floor, it also offers a splendid sea view.
Wyndham Court occupies an outstanding position amongst the fine Regency buildings which front Sidmouth's splendid Esplanade. The apartment overlooks the delightful seafront and it's pebbly beach, which at low tide gives way to golden sands.
The Aspect is perfectly placed, be it for either taking leisurely strolls along the seafront, spending lazy days in a deck chair or alternatively simply relaxing in the apartment looking out at the panoramic sea view and listening to the waves landing on the shore below.

There are no parking restrictions to the front of Wyndham Court along The Esplanade, spaces become more readily available during the later part of the day. Alternatively there is parking in the town car park which is a two minute stroll away, this being a short term (4 hour) car park the long term (24 hour) car park is a 7 minute walk along the seafront.
Weekly parking permits costing £25 can be purchased at the nearest car park, the permit provides access to all of the town car parks and car parks in the surrounding area.

“Lovely view”
