Converted from the original Coach House, this delightful two bedroom cottage sleeps up to four people.
The Coach House offers the perfect location for a relaxing holiday or a get together with friends. We offer weekly holidays or short breaks, out of season, to suite our guests.
We hope you'll decide to spend your holiday with us in this glorious corner of East Devon. We'll personally ensure that we will do all we can to make your stay at Littlecourt one to remember.”

Dates reserved by telephone must please be followed immediately by a completed booking form and a third deposit to secure the booking. The final balance due is payable four weeks in advance before arrival.

Coach House is a very cosy cottage with a beamed ceiling and in the lounge and is furnished to a high standard, with a comfortable sofa and two arm chairs. The cottage is centrally heated and all the windows have wooden plantation shutters. A few stairs lead to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with all you need for your self catering holiday.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, the main one has twin beds which if requested, can be linked to form a 6ft Super King size bed. There is a second bedroom with a 4ft double bed and a separate shared shower room and WC. This cottage also has it’s own private deck and outside entertainment area.
This cottage is available Friday to Friday

We have won first prize every year in the Sidmouth In Bloom competition every year since 2000.
The cottage has it’s own private deck and outside entertainment area.
The shared garden is also part of the NGS (National Garden Scheme). The garden is set out into different rooms and packed with rare and unusual plants, a plant persons paradise. It has also featured on the BBC ‘Open Gardens’.
