Description

This two-bedroomed house is in a quiet residential road just 10 minutes walk from the cinema, shops, restaurants and the beach. It is just two minutes walk to The Byes riverside walk and park.

The entrance hall leads into the spacious, open-plan living area. The kitchen is very well equipped with an electric oven and electric ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/drier. There is a large dining area and breakfast bar seating in the kitchen. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a Smart Wi-Fi TV and Blue Ray DVD player. There is also a selection of books, games and DVDs.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and TV. The second bedroom has twin beds. The modern bathroom has a toilet, bath and shower cubicle. The second 'bathroom' has a toilet ONLY with hand basin upstairs. Outside there is a small, private courtyard with seating.

“Fabulous”

We rarely do reviews but on this occasion it was a must. We love Sidmouth and now even more after discovering this wonderful house kitted out with everything you need for a break, a real home from home. The property was immaculate and located in easy reach of the town and the byes, great for walking the dogs. We are already planning our next visit.
