Grange Farm Cottage is a wonderful detached house situated in a rural position in Silk Wiloughby, near Sleaford in Lincolnshire and can sleep nine people in four bedrooms.The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with a walk-in pantry, an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for nine, a sitting room with a TV and open fire and a play room and a boot room. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one with an en-suite, a twin room with an en-suite and a family room with a king-size and a single bed. There is also a shower room. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Sorry, no pets or smoking is not permitted. For your local conveniences, there is a farm shop and pub within 1 mile. Grange Farm Cottage is in an ideal position for guests who wish to discover the delights of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the North Norfolk coast. Note: Property has private drainage system, appropriate toilet rolls are provided. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: This property is located on a working farm.
