Description
Perfectly centred for panoramic views of the whole of Windrush lake. The decking enjoys all day sunshine. The beautiful waterfront lodge is situated within the Cotswolds Waterpark with its abundance of outdoor family activities and entertainment. The lodge is a New England style designed three storey turret, recently refurbished to a very high standard, with surrounding tinted glass decking looking over a picturesque 10 acre fishing and sailing lake.In the living room on the ground floor there is a 50-inch wall-mounted television and DVD player, with wireless internet and sky tv. The lounge/dining area enjoys a triple aspect view of the lake and beautifully manicured lawn via three sets of French doors which all provide access to the decking.(Weber Gas BBQ).The first floor has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with a bath and integrated shower. All bathrooms in the property have recently been refurbished to a very high standard. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a super king size bed (6ft) and ensuite. The en suite is a luxurious twin vanity room with a quality shower cubicle. the room also has a flat screen TV.The property is part of the Watermark complex which includes use of its own gym, fishing, reduced golf fees and water sports. The onsite brasserie overlooks another lake and there is often live entertainment. There is also a child's soft play area, an outdoor play area, tennis courts, a games room, table tennis and pool tables, football and volleyball nets, a boules pit, a golf net and many bicycle trails.Within the surrounding area other water sports are also available such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing and wake-boarding, and there is a man made beach area that provides supervised swimming. Set within the stunning Waterpark region of the Cotswolds, in the picturesque village of South Cerney, it is only 4 miles from the historic town of Cirencester or 20 miles from the spa town of Cheltenham.

“A fantastic stay”
We were fortunate enough to stay at this waterfront home for our staycation in 2021. When booking a UK holiday, you wonder what it's really going to be like until you turn the key in the door. Well we were very impressed because we got more than we had hoped for. A modern home with everything you need for a stay. On site facilties are great. Me and my son enjoyed our 'river adventures '! Really reccomend - we will be staying again in 2022!

“36 Windrush Lake”
Just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful property situated within the tranquil surroundings of Cotswold Water Park. A quieter lake and location provided stunning scenery to enjoy each day, ample room for everyone, comfortable bedrooms with good storage space, the large decked patio was a great area to eat out and enjoy the view. Would definitely recommend, and the whole family have no hesitation in saying they wish to return here again one day. Very enjoyable week, thank you.

“Warm, comfortable, stunning location.”
