This detached barn conversion is set on a working farm near South Molton and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Owl's Nest is a detached barn conversion set on a working farm near South Molton. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom with walk in shower and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and a barbecue. The cottage has lovely views over farmland and meadows. Owl's Nest provides a fantastic base for those looking to get away from it all.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. One guest bed shared between both properties available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles.

In close proximity are forests, moors, rivers and coast, with churches and other buildings of historical significance.
