Description

The Granary – Is a traditional barn which has been lovingly converted to a high specification self catering holiday let, open plan living with exposed beams, wrought iron features & Juliette balcony.. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant & memorable stay for our guests.

The Granary is fully furnished with open plan fitted kitchen, breakfast bar/work area & lounge.

Under floor heating throughout and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump.

The Granary has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom & bathroom on the first floor, with a separate shower room with walk-in shower on the ground floor.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the option to accommodate extra guests.

•Towels, linen & toiletries provided.

•Tea, coffee, sugar & milk included.

•Electric Oven & Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine.

“Perfection!”

I booked all 3 cottages at Napton Fields Farm for our daughters wedding. We only live a couple of miles away but we wanted our entire bridal party to be together throughout the run up to the big day and have enough space to relax with the madness of make up artists, hairdressers etc. Rita was an absolute star,always around if needed and nothing was too much trouble. The cottages are all so fresh and clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and everyone said they felt so relaxed even on the morning of the wedding as we had so much room to get ready and then chill. Even though we only live down the road, I know we'll be booking again, I seriously can not recommend it highly enough.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
