The Coach House is a lovely character property, in the perfect location as we are situated within walking distance to the Shops, Restaurants & Bars on the famous Lord Street, near the Sea Front, Pier, Boating Lake, Theatre, Conference Centre, Train Station, Hesketh Park, RSPB Bird Watching Nature Reserve, Splash World, Pleasureland & several Golf Courses.
Great for Families or 2 couples. Fitted July 2023 thick new carpet in both bedrooms & staircases. We have a spacious & comfortable bedroom with super king bed (which can be split into 2 singles on request) a travel cot, can be added for an additional charge of £20 per week. Baby stair gates & High Chair available. Bedding Included for use. Towels provided for overseas guests on request.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, with memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort. Both Bedrooms are en-suite to the upstairs Bathroom. Iron, Ironing Board & Hairdryer included for use.
Fully fitted kitchen, with cooker, grill, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer box. £2 meter for electric. There will be an adequate credit on arrival for your stay. Lounge with solid wood parquet floor, 2 comfy M&S Sofas, as we aim to make your stay comfortable & relaxing, 43" flat screen T.V, Fire & Surround, access to Free Wi-Fi. Downstairs Shower Room & Toilet.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING & NO PETS.
Off Road Parking for 1 Car. Ideal For Families, Couples or Business Trips.
