4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Victorian semi-detached house. Recently modernised to a high standard inc. bathrooms and kitchen. Open plan living -kitchen, diner and sitting room with gas fire and 49” flat screen. SKY satellite

One large family bathroom, one ensuite bathroom , one powder room. One bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with a single bed, one bedroom with a king and one bedroom with a super king. Gated drive and walled back garden. A 5 minute walk to Lord Street and town centre.
5 minute drive to the Coast Road and Beach. Close proximity to 9 Golf Courses including Royal Birkdale, Hillside, Southport & Ainsdale and Hesketh Golf Course.

“Beautiful house in Southport”
We have had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The highlights are the top-spec kitchen with every appliance you could wish for and the spotless bathrooms. Also the bedrooms are very spacious, the beds are so comfortable and the garden is stunning with lots of seating. Although the weather wasn’t kind to us, we have had a cosy stay here. The host is always available and extremely friendly and helpful. There is ample space to relax in the large sitting room with a large library to choose from. Plus there is a relaxing lounge and dining table in the large kitchen area which makes group visits very enjoyable. The art and decoration of this house make it a particular delight to stay in and it contains everything you could possibly need during your visit. We will definitely return next time we visit Southport!

“Fabulous Property”
Stayed for three nights last week. Weather was very good and enjoyed the garden. We had our two dogs with us so the big garden was a bonus. Everything was very clean and extremely comfortable. Peter, the owner, was on hand if we needed anything but everything was catered for. Thanks Peter.
