“Had a wonderful time. Great that it's so near to Skegness which we love. Reasonably priced for peak time.”

Couldn't ask for better. Great accomodation like home from home. Clean and comfortable. Lovely location and the owners are lovely people. Friendly and welcoming and great food in the pub.

“Lovely Cottage! An amazing stay.”

Highly recommend booking this cottage. We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Comfy bed, all the amenities you will need. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Clean and well equipped cottage. Fenced off perimeter is ideal for doggie visitors. Handy orchard for playing. Ideal base for visiting East Coast. Also lovely country side.

“A fantastic stay!”

The cottage accommodation was excellent, well maintained and had everything we needed. Tea, coffee and milk are provided so you can get a drink on arrival, which is a really nice touch. The dog and ourselves were warmly welcomed and we highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

“Perfect Dog friendly cottage”

Had a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary and to visit my sister. The owners were lovely and as the pub was closed for food, they made us a lovely take away meal to eat in the cottage. Nothing was to much trouble great paddock and orchard for the dogs to go in, but also some great walks in the village to. Very peaceful and quiet. Thanks for a lovely stay and hope to be back soon. “Perfect retreat”

Super place inside a pub car park so not far to walk home. Very friendly staff at the pub as well as the locals that came in . Made us feel very welcome. The cottage was very clean ideal place to stay to visit plenty of East coast attractions as well as local nature reserves Etc the owners & staff were very pleasant. We are sure we're going to book again soon

How do damage deposits work?
