Description

This spacious cottage located in a quiet countryside road, it has been recently refurbished for high quality living while keeping many original features including beamed ceiling, thick window seat, open fire and featured early 20th Century Bathroom with restored original suite, has beautiful countryside views from every window. As well as offering all the facilities you may need after a good day hiking, fishing or cycling, the cottage has everything you want for lazy days watching wildlife, snuggling up in front of the open fire or entertaining family and friends. There are 1 shop, 2 café and 3 pubs within 1 mile. Children playground is only 50 yards away, River Wear is just around the corner.

Accommodation : Ground floor Lounge with open-fire, modern walk-in Shower Room with marble floor, well-equipped Kitchen, Garage has washer and laundry facilities. First floor Bathroom has restored early 20th Century period suite matched with a Victorian chair, cast iron radiator and wood flooring. Master bedroom with four poster double bed. Enclosed stone wall courtyard garden to the rear.

Please contact us in advance if you like to use the twin bedroom instead of Master bedroom. You can also use both bedrooms at extra £50 (plus booking fee in percentage).

Price includes coal starter pack, fuel, power, bedding and towels. Oil central heating. Parking for 2 cars. Cot upon request.

Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, starting from 3pm on arrival day until 10am on departure day.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. Bi-week booking will have 10% discount on 2nd week.

How do damage deposits work?
