Getting around

There are two parking spaces at Daisy Lodge. It is an easy drive into Stratford and there is plenty of parking there. A fun way of getting into the town of Stratford upon Avon is to take the river taxi from just over the bridge opposite the lodge. The trip takes about 15 minutes and you sail past some wonderful houses and gardens. Or there is a bus stop at the entrance to Avon Park and buses run frequently into Stratford, just a two minute ride. You can walk to the nearest village of Tiddington .8km where there are shops and a pub and restaurant.

Interaction with guest

I do not live locally but I have an excellent housekeeper who lives nearby. She makes sure that the lodge is ready for your arrival and is available if you need any help. Inside the lodge you will find lots of tourist information, maps, guides and details of walks. If you are coming to stay for a special occasion do please let me know and we can arrange for flowers, champagne, chocolates and/or spa day gift vouchers to be ready on your arrival.
